Where we ship
We ship to Canada and the United States. Every order ships from inside your own country, so nothing crosses a border. Some products are only offered in one country, so the store shows the products we can deliver to your address. Use the country selector to switch.
Shipping costs
- United States: pet gear ships free with no minimum.
- Canada: our pet gear (crates, stairs, cots and playpens) is all over $75, so it ships free.
- Merch (tees, hoodies, crewnecks, mugs, totes, bandanas, ornaments and stockings) has a shipping charge calculated at checkout.
- Every order over $75 ships free.
Delivery times
Pet gear ships from partner warehouses in Canada and the US. Orders are usually processed in 1 to 3 business days and delivered 3 to 8 business days after that.
Merch is printed to order. Printing takes 2 to 5 business days, then delivery is usually 3 to 7 business days.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Remote addresses and peak holiday weeks can take longer. For Christmas delivery, we recommend ordering by December 4.
Duties and taxes
Taxes are shown at checkout. Because we ship from inside your country, duties are not expected. If a carrier ever charges you an unexpected duty fee, contact us with your receipt.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages. If tracking has not moved for 7 days, contact us and we will chase the carrier or send a replacement.
