Shipping policy

We ship to Canada and the United States, and every order ships from inside the customer's own country. Pet gear ships from partner warehouses in Canada and the US, usually processed in 1 to 3 business days and delivered 3 to 8 business days after that. Merch is printed to order: 2 to 5 business days to print, then 3 to 7 business days in transit. US pet gear ships free. Every order over $75 ships free in Canada and the US. Merch shipping under $75 is calculated at checkout. You get tracking by email when your order ships. If tracking has not moved for 7 days, email support@shopawofa.com and we will chase the carrier or send a replacement.
